I have dedicated over 15 years to building inspiring workplace cultures that drive business results and achieve inspiring purposes. I have helped two different companies, Guidant Financial and Auburn Crest Home Health and Hospice, earn #1 Best Place to Work in Idaho honors. Guidant Financial was the only fully remote company considered for this elite award.

A graduate and now instructor of Cornell University’s Executive Master of Human Resource Management program, I have a lifelong passion for education. I proudly hold PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
